Colour is applied to the breast to mimic the Areola and Nipple colour and shape prior to surgery. The colour after the treatment is very dark and often the ‘wrong colour’. Colour will soften within the first week. At the end of one month you can review the result and decide if you need it to be darker/larger/pinker/browner etc. By purchasing each session as you need it allows you to keep in control of the result and cost as they are billed per session.
It may be that your Health Fund will rebate this treatment, however it is necessary for you to contact them directly.
Equipment is of disposable nature and all matters of hygiene and sterility comply strictly to those set by WA Health Department.
These Permanent colour procedures can ease anxiety and embarrassment and help to restore self confidence and appearance.
Methods
As with all other Permanent Makeup treatments I use the machine method, thereby taking the best care of your skin and the least application time. All equipment complies strictly with WA Health Department regulations and in fact is single use and disposable.
What will it look like?
We will spend time drawing and discussing the colour and appearance of your Permanent colour treatment prior to commencing colour application. I will always offer my professional opinion, but ultimately it is most important that you are happy with the result. The aim is to restore the affected area to as close to its original appearance as possible. However on the day of the treatment the colour can look much stronger and needs up to a week to settle.
Prices
$175 per session. In some cases this may be rebateable by your Health Fund – you will need to address the matter with your provider directly. I will provide you with a receipt however the treatment is not covered by an ‘Item Number’. There are so many Providers that I urge you to gather this information and an assessment will be made given your provider's refund parameters.
